The kitchen

Mediterranean flavors with a local twist

Inspired by Italy, Spain, Greece, the Balkans and the Middle East, our menu brings different parts of the Mediterranean together in one place. Every dish is created especially for Shine On, with our own combinations and local touches.

Fresh ingredients, unexpected combinations and food that feels good. Share a few plates, choose a main, grab a pizza or keep it fresh with salads and vegetables. Add a good cocktail or a glass of wine and enjoy the night.

Good food, good music and a beautiful space. That’s dinner at Shine On.
